He started his medical carrier from the prestigious Madras Medical College and was further trained in various premier institutions. He completed his arthroscopy fellowship training at an International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery & Orthopedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS) approved center and then further international fellowship training in Spain & Australia. He has a vast experience and expertise in dealing with sports and ligament injuries of all major joints. He is a widely acclaimed expert in the field of arthroscopy where he has carved a name for himself with excellent results in high demand athletes and sports personalities. He is also an expert in cartilage preservation and restoration procedures of the knee, ankle and other joints. He has produced excellent results with orthobiologics & stem cell therapy based injections.
